Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Here at ESSCO, “SERVICE IS OUR MOTTO”, and we want you to be delighted with every purchase! However, we understand that sometimes purchased items may need to be returned for credit or refund. ESSCO never charges a restocking fee for any standard stock item returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in new, unused, un-altered, re-sellable condition in the original factory packaging.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned at all. These include custom fabricated air compressors or gas compressor packages, cutting tools, electronic or electrical items or any items such as hose, chain, or rope that has been cut to length. Any merchandise that has been used, altered or abused will not be accepted for return. Any items purchased beyond 30 days may not be accepted for return.

Non-Stock/Special Order Items

All non-stock/special order items must be handled on a case by case basis because ESSCO must be able to return these items to the manufacturer for credit before we can issue our customer their credit. Please bear in mind that some manufacturers are easy to return to and some are not. However, please rest assured that we will do everything possible to get your credit! We do not charge a fee, handling charge, hidden fees, or any type of “add-on” charges for any non-stock/special order items sent in for return. The only fees we will charge are manufacturer’s restocking fees and actual return freight charges.
